I remember my mom got this back in the day. The people that sold the video kept calling us wondering how we liked it. I told her to tell them it was kinda "korny" (the name of the alien) but they didn't laugh.

The time the alien kid saves each morning by going to bed fully-dressed allows him to get into dangerous situations involving sexually predatory older men that much sooner than if he put on clothes before going out the door.

What was the deal with the lightning? Was the alien traveling through time and space? If so, why did he keep traveling to places where perverts kept trying to abduct him?
If the alien had the technology to travel through time and space, why didn't he wise up after the 3rd or 4th time he teleported, or flew, or whatever?
If aliens landed on earth, I hope we would try to communicate with them in a more civilized way, like in Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind.

I saw that video in first grade for one of those safety class type things. I wasn't scared by the abductors, but that freakin alien gave me nightmares. Just seeing his face again gave me a thrill of terror.
