Hey, I know you're pissed at Google/YouTube about your account, but don't forget that they have been fighting hard against SOPA. e.g. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/11/17/sopa-online-piracy-bill-google_n_1099214.html
YouTube knows, they just don't want to piss off people with money, and lots of it. They've even banned new content such as MIA's music video 'Born Free' because it was social and political commentary the U.S. government was not fond of. So M.I.A. moved to Vimeo. You have to remember, Google own's YouTube. Google wants money more than anything. So if they experience governments, big companies and corporations whining about anything, they listen. Heck, they probably get paid to. Plus, they rely on ads from those groups and are buddies with those groups. They don't want to muddy that relationship.
Hmm... So it sounds to me like the things video artists are protected in doing and what EIT does are EXACTLY IDENTICAL. Funny how that worked, huh? Oh well. I'm sure you're all criminals somehow.

You would think that someone working at YouTube would know as much about fair use as puppet Yonder Vittles does. Ugh.
Stop humorless child beaters from taking their rod to the Constitution!
