This has nothing to do with Christianity. Look at how they’re acting. This is about high school and “Christian” is just their school mascot. See, Danny didn’t have enough Christian/Tiger/Bulldog/Spartan spirit to be on the team, and his dad berated him for not being a jock. He wasn’t cool enough to go to the cool kids’ party and Darren made fun of him. He wasn’t popular and the popular girls wouldn’t date him. A school pariah, he went on a shooting rampage…almost.

I mean, come on. It’s like my high school. Darren’s the hot, popular guy? He’s only good-looking on a small-town high school level. That would never fly in the real world. He looks like he just got off his shift in the Pit of Despair.
